Help with posting highlights

Can someone please post on here how to post highlights from our franchise? I'm pretty damn good with computers but I have no idea how to do so on this website.

i don't think the ea site will allow you to embed the video since it's an flv file or whatever stupid format they use, so a link to your ea page with your clip on it is about the only way i've seen it done. i really wanted my int with tuck, lateral to samuels for a td uploaded but never saved....it was so epic

That is so effin gay. Why do they have to do that? It would be so much easier to be able to post those videos and stream them like youtube videos. Oh well.
