What do you guys think...
I think its very fair...if you sack your opponents qb before he hands the ball off on a run player it is mandatory to take a 5 yard encroachment penalty. Your opponent already loses a down and probably 3-4 yards. The 5 yards atleast makes up for yards lost and maybe a extra yard or two however your opponent does still lose that down. I think its a fair trade for something that should not happen. However the draft pick sanction already in place will still be in effect. The 5 yard penalty you give your opponent or recieve should atleast be enough to not ruin a drive.
