Promotional Ideas? Empty Promotional Ideas?

Any ideas on how to motiviate these guys in our network of franchises to join this site? I just sent out my first message today to my franchise about joining up. But i think i need something with more swagger to evoke them to join. Any ideas????

If you want to get them more involved I think you should start asking for them to nominate players of the week, or posting highlights here. Also, it's another place for them to try to reach their opponent and you'll have a document of it so that you can give one of the players a cpu game if necessary.
