Requirement of league

We should require everyone in this league to signup at this forum. The chances of a league succeeding to year 2 increases dramatically if everyone is active on a forum. People who do not signup at the forum by a certain deadline should be warned then booted.

I really want this league to succeed and that won't happen if people are playing tag sending messages via psn to schedule games. We really do need to have everyone communicate on this forum.

So what do you think commish? Anyone else have any input?

I agree, every person in the league has been sent the same message today about the forum, and I will continue to do it until we have all 29 users signed up.

the scheduling is a big thing, it'll really help to have a topic people can check frequently and have a section where owners can post their contact info, i.e. email, psn, cell and aim.
